Last Saturday the Napa Valley Bonsai Club held their 2015 exhibit at the Senior Center in Napa, California. The one-day event featured a good-sized display area indoors and vendor area outside. I had the honor of working on a demonstration tree in the afternoon.
As spring is in full-swing, the exhibit was full of fresh foliage on deciduous varieties, the conifers featured bright green foliage tips, and the broadleaf evergreens sported tiny new leaves in the process of replacing last season’s leaves. It was a beautiful show and a fun event to attend. Below is a sample of the trees on display.
